How to make Naan using Tripathi Products baking Powder

Ingredients
- Plain Flour 2 Cups
- Tripathi products Baking Powder 1/2 tsp
- Sugar 1/2 tsp
- Salt 1/2 tsp
- Refined Oil 2 tbsp
Method
- Take Flour(maida) then add sugar, salt, Tripathi products baking powder and mix thoroughly
- Then add oil and mix it thoroughly
- Add warm water and make a hard dough for 5 min
- Rest the dough for 3 hours
- make dough balls of the required size and pin the dough and make thick chapati
- rub water in one side and put on hot tawa in low heat (the water side should be touching tawa)
- when bubbles on naan start to come reverse the tawa and heat the naan over the flame till naan becomes ready.
