How to make Naan using Tripathi Products baking Powder

Ingredients

• Plain Flour 2 Cups
• Tripathi products Baking Powder 1/2 tsp
• Sugar 1/2 tsp
• Salt 1/2 tsp
• Refined Oil 2 tbsp

Method

• Take Flour(maida) then add sugar, salt, Tripathi products baking powder and mix thoroughly\n \t
• Then add oil and mix it thoroughly\n \t
• Add warm water and make a hard dough for 5 min\n \t
• Rest the dough for 3 hours\n \t
• make dough balls of the required size and pin the dough and make thick chapati\n \t
• rub water in one side and put on hot tawa in low heat (the water side should be touching tawa)\n \t
• when bubbles on naan start to come reverse the tawa and heat the naan over the flame till naan becomes ready.
