How to make Naan using Tripathi Products baking Powder

- Plain Flour 2 Cups\n \t
- Tripathi products Baking Powder 1/2 tsp\n \t
- Sugar 1/2 tsp\n \t
- Salt 1/2 tsp\n \t
- Refined Oil 2 tbsp\n
Method

- Take Flour(maida) then add sugar, salt, Tripathi products baking powder and mix thoroughly\n \t
- Then add oil and mix it thoroughly\n \t
- Add warm water and make a hard dough for 5 min\n \t
- Rest the dough for 3 hours\n \t
- make dough balls of the required size and pin the dough and make thick chapati\n \t
- rub water in one side and put on hot tawa in low heat (the water side should be touching tawa)\n \t
- when bubbles on naan start to come reverse the tawa and heat the naan over the flame till naan becomes ready.\n
